Article 2 (Definitions)

- Service: the timetable (based on the tiết period system), the school-verification-based anonymous community, the course information database, the GPA calculator, and all functions incidental thereto that the Company provides to university students.
- User: a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service, classified into the tiers set out in Article 5 below according to account status.
- Account: the identification unit created by a User in order to use the Service.
- School Verification: the procedure by which a User is confirmed to be an enrolled student or member of a particular member university (CampusUnit) through webmail verification, student ID card review, or an equivalent method.
- Phone Verification: the procedure by which a User is verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent to a mobile phone number registered in the User's own name. This is a prerequisite for posting eligibility under Vietnam's Decree No. 147/2024/ND-CP.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): all content authored, posted, or transmitted by a User within the Service, including posts, comments, images, hashtags, likes, and scraps.
- Displayed Pseudonymity (Pen-Name System): the manner in which a User is shown in the community by a nickname or a per-post anonymous number ("Ẩn danh 1, 2…") rather than by real name. Because the Company separately stores identity-verification information required by law, this is not "complete anonymity."
- Member University (CampusUnit): the community unit to which boards, the course DB, period presets, and the academic calendar are attributed.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
- The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or on a linked screen so that Users may readily become aware of them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable law.
- Where the Company amends the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and the reasons for the amendment and give notice, via an in-Service announcement or in-app notification, at least 7 days before the effective date (at least 30 days in advance in the case of changes that are unfavorable to Users or material).
- In the case of a material change, the Company may require Users to re-consent, and if a User does not expressly indicate an intention to reject the amended Terms by their effective date, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendment. However, any change requiring re-consent shall not take effect without such re-consent.
- A User who does not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw membership pursuant to Article 17.
Article 4 (Formation of the Use Agreement)

- where false information has been provided or required information has been omitted;
- where the applicant has previously lost eligibility to use the Service for violating these Terms;
- where there is a clear intent to interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
- Age Requirement: only persons aged 16 or older may sign up for and use the Service. As a service intended for university students, the Company does not process the personal data of children under the age of 16, and verifies this during the sign-up process. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under the age of 16 shall be restricted from use, and the related personal data shall be destroyed without delay.
